When is a private stay considered an event?
If you invite outside guests or bring outside suppliers, we classify the booking as an event and apply the corresponding event package.
How many guests can Praia accommodate?
Events can accommodate up to 100 guests. Private Whole House stays are publicly offered for up to 12 registered guests.
When is my booking confirmed?
Event requests create a pencil reservation before the reservation payment. Room and private Whole House stays are confirmed after the required full payment is verified.
Is breakfast included with room stays?
Breakfast is not included. Guests may use the fully functioning shared kitchen and available utensils to prepare meals.
